• the exit warning warns when exiting in critical situations with flashing of the displays on the affected side and at the same time the door opening is briefly delayed

Notes:

• Only suitable for vehicles with ACC (PR-No.: 8T5, 8T8)
• Component protection of the control parts must be removed by the Audi dealer
• Only primed mirror caps are supplied, painting is still required
• For mirror caps which are not painted (e.g. aluminium) you have to order them yourself
• Some of the hardware may have been taken from test vehicles and underwent extensive functional testing. The software is up to date
• Compatibility of the door control units must be checked, there are 3 different hardware versions of the door control units (Lowline "3" - Midline "5" - Highline "7") required for "Lane Change Assistant" is Highline
• to determine whether you have the correct door control units, the part number must be read out via diagnostics
  
• Example part number: XX0 959 ?9X + index letter such as A, B, C
  
• Here is the location of the ? "question mark" is decisive
• ? = 3 = not compatible - door control unit must be replaced
• ? = 5 = not compatible - door control unit must be replaced
• ? = 7 = compatible for retrofitting "lane change assistant
• e. g.: 4M0959793X / 4M0959792X are suitable, 4M0959593X / 4M0959592X must be replaced
• If you do not have a compatible control unit at the factory, please use the control unit from the "Accessories" section. This ensures that the control unit has the correct software and data sets
