Note:

• the lower parts of the outside mirrors are black, the painted mirror caps as well as lenses are taken over
  
• Only for vehicles without cameras in the exterior mirrors (PR-No.: 6XC / 6XD + KA0, KA2)
• Compatibility of the door control units must be checked: there are 3 different hardware versions of the door control units (Lowline "3" - Midline "5" - Highline "7") required for "folding exterior mirrors" is Midline or Highline
• To determine if you have the right door control units, the part number must be read out by diagnostics
• Example part number: XX0 959? 9X + index letter such as A, B, C
• the location of the ? "Question mark" is crucial
• ? = 3 = not compatible - door control unit must be replaced
• ? = 5 = compatible for retrofitting "folding exterior mirrors"
• ? = 7 = compatible for retrofitting "folding exterior mirrors"
• e.g. 4M0959793X / 4M0959792X are suitable, 4M0959593X / 4M0959592X are to be replaced
• In case the ex Factory installed control units are not suitable, you need to use the control units in our "Accessories" area. This ensures that the control unit has correct software and data sets
