The Audi DataPlug is the basis for using the Audi connect Plug and Play app. The Audi DataPlug plugs into the on-board diagnostics socket (OBD 2). You can then use the app to connect your smartphone via Bluetooth and the Audi DataPlug to the vehicle. The Audi connect Plug and Play application offers the driver a large number of important information about the vehicle and journeys, including, for example, a digital logbook with an export function, a driving style analysis with instructions on how to drive that saves fuel or energy, an overview of important vehicle data, coordination of service appointments and much more.
