Wiring Instruction:
The red wire (the end with a fuse) is connected directly to the car ACC .
The black wire (the end with a fuse) are connected directly to the car battery " - ".
The white wire connect to the headlight
The Blue wire connect to the width lamp or other small bulb.
Automatic ON/OFF function: When the controller connected to ACC, the LED daytime running lights(DRL) will automatically turn on when the engine start.
Turn off light function: When the headlight is turned on, the DRL will turn off . When the headlight is turned off , DRL is transferred to turn on light.
Dimming function: When the side light is turned on , the DRL will be dimmer . When the side light is turned off , DRL is transferred to full brightness mode.
Installation steps:
Before start the car, open the hood, test the voltage of the battery under a stationary state, the voltage displayed should be between 12.2V and 12.7V; and then start the car, test the voltage of the battery again, the voltage displayed under a running state should be between 13.5V and 14V; lastly, turn off the car, check whether the voltage of the battery is under 13V, if yes, then this daytime running lights controller is compatible with your car, if no, this controller is not suitable for your car.
Precautions:
For this controller, the max. output current is 2A, exceed the rated value will damage it
To avoid damage this controller, check the max current of the Led lights before installations
Above steps should be strickly followed when installing, any short circuit will damage the controller immediately
