Wiring Instruction:

• The red and black wire (the end with a fuse) are connected directly to the car battery + & - .

• The red wire goes to positive pole of the LED daytime running lights, the black wire of the output end is to goes to the negative pole of the daytime running lights.

• The yellow wire is to connect to the headlights (or dashboard lights), when headlights or dashboard lights are turned on, the brightness of the LED daytime running lights will be halved.

Installation steps:

1. Before start the car, open the hood, test the voltage of the battery under a stationary state, the voltage displayed should be between 12.2V and 12.7V; and then start the car, test the voltage of the battery again, the voltage displayed under a running state should be between 13.5V and 14V; lastly, turn off the car, check whether the voltage of the battery is under 13V, if yes, then this daytime running lights controller is compatible with your car, if no, this controller is not suitable for your car.
2. Connect the output wires to the negative and positive wires of the LED lights
3. Connect the yellow wire to the switch
4. Conect the black input wire to the negative of the battery, then connect the red input wire to the positive of the battery

Precautions:

1. For this controller, the max. output current is 2A, exceed the rated value will damage it
2. To avoid damage this controller, check the max current of the Led lights before installations
3. Above steps should be strickly followed when installing, any short circuit will damage the controller immediately
