The tow bar wouldn’t be complete without the necessary wiring harness, which connects the car’s electrical system with the trailer. While the tow bar itself stays the same, you can choose the right wiring for your trailer’s socket. This version is designed for right-hand drive cars which are not equipped with a tow bar preparation from the factory.
Designed for cars:
Octavia II (produced 2004 - 2013) - for installation in cars manufactured before CW42/2008, check the state of Gateway control unit. It has to be higher than 0178. If it isn’t true, perform a reflash.
